The certification, issued for IAF Sector 35, covers the provision of real estate-related services, including: land registry and mortgage searches; monitoring services; detection of encumbrances and adverse registrations; preparation of documentation for real estate foreclosure proceedings; automated property valuations; and property appraisal services.
The certification was awarded based on the Statement of Applicability (SoA), Revision 1, dated 22 October 2025, and represents another significant step in ARC Real Estate S.p.A.'s ongoing commitment to innovation, reliability, and quality in serving its clients and business partners.
